Data Content - Upgrade

CAPS Material Content has recently undergone a significant upgrade.The database now offers additional compliance and manufacturing process information and directly supports data elements defined in IPC-1752, the Material Declaration Management standard from IPC.

CAPS Material Content now includes:

	Yes/No indications of RoHS compliance or RoHS 5-of-6 compliance with effective date, exemptions and alternate part recommendations
	Part identification information including Part Code, Component Mark, Shipping Mark and the Manufacturer’s Package ID
	Manufacturing process information, including MSL, Peak Package Temperature, Max Time @ Peak Temperature, Max Number of Reflow Cycles, Terminal Base Material and Terminal Plating / Grid Array Material.
	100% material disclosure including the weight of each substance in mg and ppm.
	Material datasheets, certification documents and IPC-1752 declarations.
